The delivery was quick but part not needed the service rep who told me I needed a new surge protector lied he deliberately disconnected the wires in hopes that would buy into fact it needed to be replaced and charge me $500 Luckily I have no problems fix things for myself so I preferred the part and when I went to install it found the wires disconnected Phoned the company and expressed my concerns and lack of trust now in their services They fired the service rep as he tried the same trick elsewhere But I now have a new surge protector I don’t need
