Part was in stock and delivered by Fed Ex Freight quickly and smoothly. Price of part was ok. Only complaint is Shipping cost was too expensive, over $200 just for shipping. Your competition would ship this part for free but they didn’t have it in stock and I was in a hurry.

We tried other sources to get the part. From manufacture and other supply houses Keep getting difference answers about when we would receive the part after 10 days of disappointments. I found Furnace Parts on line and ordered my part it arrived when they said. We installed the part the next day. Still waiting to hear from the other supply house. Very happy with your service.

I ordered a part for our gas furnace. It arrived in a couple of days. It was the exact part we needed. I might add, our HVAC company could not find the part, but I did on this site. Thank you

The delivery was quick but part not needed the service rep who told me I needed a new surge protector lied he deliberately disconnected the wires in hopes that would buy into fact it needed to be replaced and charge me $500 Luckily I have no problems fix things for myself so I preferred the part and when I went to install it found the wires disconnected Phoned the company and expressed my concerns and lack of trust now in their services They fired the service rep as he tried the same trick elsewhere But I now have a new surge protector I don’t need
