After my 33 year old air conditioner's fan blade decided to fail, I started franticly looking for a replacement. Being in Canada, there were no wholesalers or distributors that could help me. I stumbled open FPS and noticed that they had what I needed. I decided to call an agent to ensure the accuracy of the inventory on hand, I was able to speak to a real person, and paid for 1-day international shipping. The part was a direct OEM replacement and arrived the next day. FPS is the ONLY place I felt comfortable ordering from, and will hopefully continue in the future

Shipped quickly. Just what we were looking for

The box of 10 filters was badly damaged in shipping. The box was smashed badly and 5 of the 10 filters were ripped and deformed beyond being able to be used. I managed to recover 5 that did not have holes and I bent back into the frame shape. They do not fit smoothly and get caught up while trying to insert them into the airhandler. Live and learn. I need to get them locally so I can see them in hand before I pay my money.

Parts arrived very quickly. Customer Service was excellent in helping order the right parts.
