Unbelievable Service couldn’t be happier with my new phone

Service and shipping were great. Package arrived on time and with a good box. I chose the good condition one. I feel like there should be more comprehensive pictures or details for the actual aesthetics as the phone I got had a decent cratch on the screen, now, i know its a reconditioned but i should have been able to make a choice to purhcase another model, also they are proced the same as a marketplace phone with out the palava, priced the same as Kogan too, im sure their devices font ship with scratches.
