The iPad was sold as ‘Mint’ condition but I would only consider it ‘Good’ condition so I paid for more than it was worth. Would perhaps think twice before trusting this site again.

Hi there Its funny you have asked because I did write to customer support a while back and never got a response. I feel that the phone is overheating at weird times when not really under heavy use or sitting in the sun or any conditions that would cause it to overheat. Let me know if you can help with that

Bad product

Great company and delighted with my purchase with arrival as detailed and in pristine condition.

I must have been lucky with the last 3 devices I got from Frank, because all have been ‘good’ and when received they were all really clean and nearly no blemishes on the screen. Ran out of luck this time as the chassis was scratched up, and the screen was covered in scratches. A little disappointed that it was also literally dirty with grime in all the speaker holes and buttons.

Good communication regarding despatched and arrival.
