I’ve ordered a phone from Frank Mobile before and trusted that getting one for my partner will be just as of a great experience as well. It arrived in a wonderful condition, just wished that the SIM pin was in a more secure and easy to find spot. Something as small as that should be placed securely in the box.

Extremely unhappy. The iPhone would not charge. It did not work at all. So I had to post it back. There was no correct phone number for me to speak to anyone personally. I emailed several times asking to speak to someone but no response providing a phone number. Could only communicate through email. Hopefully will receive a full refund.
