Product arrived in good time and the communication and information has been excellent.

Great finishing and lovely colour. The keep cool function is great, however, the lid is quite hard to take off. Would be great also if there’s an option to use a bigger straw for things like bubble tea, or fruit tea where there are bites.

Should have bought bigger sized ones. Cups are great though it leaks from the straw opening while driving.

My product had a slight defect - which I felt bad for complaining about due to it being minor but felt it was appropriate for a product of the price. They were quick and fast to resolve the issue - no problems at all which I was so appreciative of. Thank you!

My Experience with Frank Green was awful - the customer service is an automated response where none of my questions were answered. The product said 5 days to come and it took 3 weeks, it was a gift and I missed the persons birthday due to this even ordering 2 weeks in advance for it to come. I have asked to my situation to be reviews as I am super unhappy and disappointed - but all I have has is an automated response asking me to rate the service. Cup isn't even special

Unfortunately, my cup leaks in my bag a lot, the lid when clicked shut still releases liquid which is causing havoc in my bag, I’m not happy with this cup at all, if you could get in touch with me that would be great to help amend it

Took nearly a month to come (maybe the monogramming slowed down the order?) but oh my gosh, I absolutely LOVE it! Beautiful and very well constructed. My favourite way to drink my coffees from now on!

Very poor service 5 days to answer messages and then parcel got lost. I did get a refund but it was 3p short! not sure why will not be using this company again. I appreciate they cannot be held accountable for lost parcel but they actually say on their site up to 5 days to reply that is not acceptable and poor customer service

i really like it, it’s perfect because the part where you actually drink from is covered so it feels so much more hygienic however my only problem and this only happens sometimes is that when you press the button to release the straw, some water like squirts out. idk why that happens but it can get a bit annoying but overall I LOVE IT
