The bottle was great but the box it was sent in wasn’t very sturdy so the packaging was dented a bit. Just a bit annoying as it was a gift

Got a replcement lilac lid (3rd time now), since I dropped and cracked my previous one (it's handy that you can buy replacement parts). It works well, except when drinking from it, the hole makes a squealing noise, which my old lid did not do. Delivery was quick and easy.

After the 1st attempt failed, my second attempt at receiving this bottle worked. Erin - who I was emailing - was very efficient, and helpful all along the way. It did take a month to arrive, which was a lot longer than it should have been. But, eventually I have received my bottle, which I am very pleased about. I have dropped a star due to the postage issues.
