The product is good. Unfortunately a mistake was made in the colours and personalisation. Although new products were sent, there was no email to acknowledge the mistake and apology. This happened around Christmas as well which unfortunately meant presents didn’t arrive on time. An email would have made a difference

This is a really great bottle that keeps my water cool. Unfortunately it is not as stain proof as I though as I purchased the button lid and it leaves a lippy mark whenever I drink out of it! Apart from this minor feedback, I really appreciate the material and quality of this bottle and will highly recommend it to anyone looking to go sustainable!
