Poor customer service. I was not happy that I was sent the bottle without the straw. . the base was meant to be free but didn't get that either. Then had to send pics and was sent only the straw. Returns are not easy. Also too pricey. Won't buy again or recommend.

The large bowls are quite small. The high gloss polish on the interior lining is nearly blinding, had to get some steel wool and scratch the surface to dull it down so my dog isn't blinded by the glare. The make is good , the non slip pad is great. And I really do like stainless steel but boy that high shine finish is something else. Delivery and ease of order terrific.

So disappointed, ordered a lid and only got parts of it. Had to get the button out of my bin as this didn’t come and now it leaks as that part is missing also

The water bottled leaks when placed horizontally. Reported this to customer care but no response. Disappointing as its my first purchase
