If you’re after a true chocolate brown, this bottle is not it. I’d go as far as saying Frank Green has simply renamed their original Merlot colour “Chocolate Brown” and called it a day. I already own a Merlot coffee mug, and the two colours are virtually identical. When I compare the bottle to a true chocolate brown bag I own and my new Burgundy iPhone 18, the bottle looks far more like a burgundy/merlot shade than chocolate brown. To be clear, from a quality and functionality perspective, the bottle itself is great. That has never been my gripe. My issue is purely the colour and the fact that it doesn’t match what I would reasonably expect from something described as chocolate brown. When I raised my concerns about the colour, I was offered a change of mind return, meaning I would have to pay the return shipping and postage of a different colour bottle. I don’t consider this a change of mind when my issue is that the colour I received does not match the colour it was advertised as. So, if you’re specifically looking for a genuine chocolate brown, I would skip this colour. If you want a burgundy shade, however, you may be very happy with it.

No one says that the grip and sip lid is sold separately even if youre in the section that says grip and sip lid bottle.

It came with the incorrect straw it’s too short for the bottle 🥲

Love Frank Green, great range of products and colours

I love my Frank Green products. Such great quality.

First received a faulty bottle, the customer service was great I got sent a new one the next week and it is great!!!!

The bottle base is such a great idea, love it

It’s a great bottle but came scratched when I reached out I’ve still heard nothing back. So not happy about it

Shipping came quickly and nothing was broken

Brought the cup as a complete set parts were broken. Would’ve been picked up if quality checked correctly.

Great choice of colours, service and delivery
