The FV team at corporate and at the Dallas store are extremely customer focused and go out of their way to get you the items you want. Also helpful with advice and answering questions especially when you aren’t able to go into one of their boutiques to try on before purchasing. Also incredibly kind to a dear friend who lost all her FV dresses in a recent fire. They took an interest and were generous in sending her some items. Such a classy company.

Love my Peggy midi dress set in green! Although I’ve purchased many bracelets, bags and wallets from FV, I’d hesitated purchasing clothing due to not having a store near us and also the return charges. To help figure out my size, I spoke with customer service, as well as called both the NYC and Palm Beach stores-all very helpful! I’m 5’4”, 110#, 34C so went with a size Small and both the cropped jacket and dress fit great! All saleswomen pointed out the darts in the bodice and advised against an XS, which was the right decision on this final sale dress set. The Kelly green color is beautiful and I’ll get lots of use out of the jacket, too. The dress is fairly voluminous for my small frame but I think wearing a heel will help with this look. Nice, quality material, as I expected. Very happy with this purchase!

Beautiful clothes and sandal but the sizing for body and feet were all off. I am a size 14 for dresses and 9 for sandal normally but I found that everything was too small. I have a larger frame and my feet are not narrow. Nothing worked and I didn't want to play the game of ordering, return, trying on, return again. I so much wanted to love everything but unfortunately sizing does not permit that for me.

II absolutely love France’s Valentine!! I’ve never received any thing that I diidnt adore. However I received the Honey sweater in Green last week. I wore it today to church it has pilled so very bad. I for the price it really saddens me. The pilling was very noticeable. So disappointed in this item but I can’t return it because I had to wear it all day because we were at an out of town church.
