My overall purchasing experience from FrancesValentine. com has been excellent. I love the OOTD postings from Elyce's social media apps of Instagram and TikTok that link to the site to easily choose what to purchase and also to star as favorites! The changes on the home page of the site are amazing, and the photos of the entire line are accurate and well represented. I cannot wait for the fall line!!

I find the site to be easy to use. I enjoy being able to toggle over an item to find available sizes. Would like that format rather than having to tap in to an items full description.

I absolutely love Frances Valentine clothing and highly recommend that you go to the stores and try on the clothing. There is much more detail to the fit than can be captured in the online photos. The design and workmanship is stunning. I am 61 years old and thought the clothing would only look good on women who were 30 year old and younger but I am here to tell you that us older women can look just as good in the clothing. And you don't have to be super thin. I am so glad I went to the store in NYC and tried on the dresses. They are so elegant and I feel like a million bucks when I go out to dinner.

Petrie pants did not fit me at all. I’m a Talbots size 12 so I ordered a 12 in the Petrie. I could not get them over my hips. Unfortunately they were final sale so I’m stuck. FedEx mangled to package but the pants were not damaged

Service is great. Clothes are pretty and good quality. This time I bought a final sale skirt, very pretty but I miss judged the wrong size according to read the reviews, it’s can’t be returned but I contacted the customer service team, they emailed me exchange shipping label, I am very happy with the service.

Love the website. It was almost TOO easy to click and have my items sent! The discount code worked smoothly. I particularly like when I can hover over an item to see available sizes. That’s very helpful.

The exaggerated cuff and pink make these so very cute! As always the quality is terrific, really comfortable with the bit of stretch and fit is great as well.
