Great experience in the Dallas store! I returned a wicker bag that I had purchased online because I didn’t like the color. Brie (sp?) called various other locations looking for the correct shade of pink. When her search turned nothing up, I had talked myself into a different bag and some pink jeans!! Great customer service and she even remembered me from coming in 2+ years ago (remembered what I was wearing!!)
