We recently ordered and received a Deco frame for our 43" Samsung frame TV. Delivery was quicker than our expectation and the packing design ensured no damage during transit. Assembly and installation was quick and easy.

Beautiful finishing touch and super easy to install!

We received our samples and then our frame very promptly. The frame is super easy to install. One person can do the whole thing. Once the Frame was on we had some difficulty with the TV turning off. When we called customer service they were extremely helpful and knowledgeable not just about their frame, but also about what settings to put the TV on to have no interference. They are a great company!

Looks great, flimsy, needs more bottom clips. — The top brackets came installed crooked, it sits uneven on the tv, for a 65" - 3 brackets/clips are needed for the bottom, it's bowing in the middle, not tight to the tv. Disappointed for how this frame costs.

Easy

The frame is pretty, but it could fall off at any moment because I cannot figure out how to put the locks in. I watched the videos and followed everything, but it will not lock in.

Love the frame it makes such a statement above the fireplace.

This is the second time that we have purchased from decotvframes and we continue to be a fan. The frame assembled easily and looks great on the tv. We had a small issue with the lack of holes for the clips but the customer service was easily contacted and promptly resolved the issue without any further costs.

I bought the black frame with gold trim and it looks perfect above my fireplace. I will definitely be buying more to change with my decor. So easy to install.
