What a game changer! Not only does the frame improve the look of the TV, but it has transformed our Sunroom into an art gallery. We couldn’t be happier!

We are so glad we purchased a DecoFrame to pair with our Frame TV. It completely elevates and completes the look of the TV…it looks like a framed piece of art now. We bought an “open box” frame and it was literally as good as new, we saw no defects on it. It took 2 minutes to put together and was super easy to put on the TV.

No one at BestBuy told us that this Deco Frame would block the sensors on the TV and effectively render the remote and all of the automation for Art Mode useless! Its insane to sell a product that (for us) cost more than the TV itself that effectively bricks your TV to make it look "good". Do your research! We have to get out of bed at night and walk up to the Frame and point the remote at the sensor, up at a 45 degree angle to shut if off! And the Audacity of Deco to try and sell you and external sensor - the defeats the clean look of the Frame - for $100 is astonishing. You have been warned.

Website was easy to navigate. The samples I received, 6”corners were shipped quickly, packaged nicely and aided in the placement of the tv in advance of ordering the frame for the tv.

I have a 2020 frame tv and didn't realize that you can no longer get frames for that year's model. Paid for several samples that do me no good and I can't get my money back. Seems like there ought to be some way that a frame could be made for older models.

I thought a frame might look strange on a 75 inch TV but it looks amazing. Installed very easy in less than 5 minutes and is a perfect fit.
