Good chair. Kinda expensive, but it is a safe choice. Also limited color options and long wait for delivery.

I've ordered the Steelcase Gesture chair from this website and all went well. You should not be worried nothing will happen after you've received your order confirmation with the message that there will be no tracking information. In the end, after 2,5 weeks I got a mail by a local courier to plan in a date for my chair to be delivered and all went fine. I do think they should communicate this better with their customers, because this information is only available in small letters on their FAQ page. Also I would recommend that there's more contact options instead of e-mail only.

Le siège est de bonne qualité et c'est un plus qu'il soit fabriqué en France (si c'est réellement le cas). Cependant, l'emballage du colis est peu soigné et ne le protège pas assez. C'est plutôt regrettable étant donné la valeur du produit. Celui-ci était plutôt abimé (sans conséquence pour le siège) et le service de livraison paraissait peu précautionneux.

Satisfait, et c'est bien.

I received the chair as expected, in 3 weeks. Delivery was good and the chair is amazing. The quality of great, the chair is comfy and seems like will last for a long time. The only downside is the chair I got (Karman) is so light that the included wheels don't roll well when the chair is empty. But that is a 30 euro fix.

I ordered a chair from series 2, and it took more or less a month to arrive but was worth the wait. The chair comes mostly pre assembled, only the big pieces need to connect which is super easy!

Chaise commandée le 13 mars, aucune infos concernant un éventuel retard de production. C’est le service client qui me l’annonce suite mon initiative. On me dit probablement fin avril. Nous sommes fin avril et rien n’a évolué, pas d’information Nada ! 👏 et le suivi de commande sur le site qui informe « en transit » depuis le 13 mars. .

Good quality chair, delivery was very long but correct amd without troubles.

La commande est bien arrivée, mais j'attends encore toujours la facture (4 mois plus tard!!!). Pas ou peu de réaction de la part du service client. On ne donne plus suite aux messages, personne ne répond au téléphone. Donc le produit est bon mais le service client nulle

Update: So I was able to get in touch with support about my defective chair, and they ask for video proof which I sent and they response in time to give me a replacement without waiting too long. Overall, I still like the chair, very good quality, exactly what I was looking. I waited 8 weeks for my Gesture chair, finally I was disappointed as the product came in inferior. The hydraulic bar is defect, it doesn't hold in position at all. Also the plastic parts of headrest is deformed and doesn't seal each other. I wrote the support in the same day when I receive the product and found above defects, they replied me quickly and ask me to wait for a solution. I will see how soon they can fix the problems and come back to update this review. Overall I like the chair, but it's totally unacceptable for such obvious defects, especially at this price! I doubt if Steelcase has performed any Quality Check on their products?
