Gesture is overall a good chair, but I couldn't use it comfortably due to the height issue. The lowest seat height is written as 415 mm in the specs, however it doesn't go lower than 480 mm. I'd expect it to be adjustable according to the specs. Except that issue I was happy with the chair. Thanks to the customer service for their reaction for the resolution of the problem.

Very happy with my new office chair. The delivery took some time but the quality and comfort are superb.

Initially I was skeptical about buying such expensive chair, even though there are hundreds of cheaper options out there. For many years, sitting on the other chairs, it started a lower back pain issues. I wanted to give it a try to Steelcase Amia v2 , after listening to many YouTubers. I could say after 3 months trying out this chair that it is the best decision I made to buy this one. Totally worth it.

Expérience mitigée le produit correspond à mon attente dommage que le réglage des accoudoirs soit alleatoire, les pièces sont toujours en mouvement au moindre contact. De plus un problème de qualité plombe la satisfaction. Un cache sur un des accoudoirs doit avoir ces clips de cassé.

I've ordered the Steelcase Gesture chair from this website and all went well. You should not be worried nothing will happen after you've received your order confirmation with the message that there will be no tracking information. In the end, after 2,5 weeks I got a mail by a local courier to plan in a date for my chair to be delivered and all went fine. I do think they should communicate this better with their customers, because this information is only available in small letters on their FAQ page. Also I would recommend that there's more contact options instead of e-mail only.

Le siège est de bonne qualité et c'est un plus qu'il soit fabriqué en France (si c'est réellement le cas). Cependant, l'emballage du colis est peu soigné et ne le protège pas assez. C'est plutôt regrettable étant donné la valeur du produit. Celui-ci était plutôt abimé (sans conséquence pour le siège) et le service de livraison paraissait peu précautionneux.
