Changing over from Garmin cycling head unit - process could be made easier

Shopping was fine. Less impressed by new version of product and Wahoo don't seem to want to discuss changes via their help service.

My Trackr has some really great properties. It picks up cars from quite a distance and further away than my mates Garmin device. The beep really makes this clear so really pleased with it. It can have trouble distinguishing between another cyclist and a car which isn’t so helpful when riding with friends. The worst point is the thing keeps turning itself on at random times and therefore drains the battery.

Customer service is amazing. Very friendly and helpful and entertaining as well! I am very pleased with my Wahoo Kickr v6 and we are loving the Zwift cog as well. Thank you Wahoo!

The process was okay. The shipment was derived over 3 seperate deliveries but after the first shipment I was told the order was complete. It then became a difficult long process to work out what was going on. Otherwise very happy

After (several) frustrating hours of attempting to get my Kickr Bike Shift to work, it just won't. On ZWIFT the entire bike (features) shows connected but it does not register power, cadence or speed. About as frustrating as it can get. Well, absolutely maddening considering the money I dropped. Yes, the firmware is up to date.

Excellent bike easy assembly the stability of the connection is perfect very well finished construction details I use it with zwift and the response in the change of slope inclination are immediate I couldn't ask for better, I hope it lasts over time

Purchased a Wahoo ELEMNT Roam V3 and had my first ride in the rain (showers). After 2hrs the alerts and bell volume reduced and I could hardly hear it. I created a support ticket to be told water had got into the speaker to leave it to dry out. It did dry out and works again but it’s not functional in the rain so it can’t be waterproof. Pretty disappointed as it wasn’t heavy rain and the headunit doesn’t work as described with functions unusable.

I'd been waiting for the shop-pedal adaptors to be back on the website for ages. So when they finally came back and the price was ok, I had to snap a set up. To my surprise they arrived the next day, very happy.

The site implied the payment would be in Australian dollars. It wasn't and I had to pay significant international transaction fees.

Have been waiting patiently for the Roam 3 and Radar. Can’t wait to start using them. . Been a huge fan of Wahoo since my original purchase of the Bolt 4 years ago. .
