Les rdv fixés pour livraison et enlèvement des produits défectueux ne sont pas respectés. Les tickets SAV sont fermés avant même que l’ont est le temps de recevoir les nouveaux produits. J’étais très content du wahoo première génération mais très déçu de la dernière génération.

After my purchase I was hit with INTL TXN of AU$75 linked to my Zwift Ride and Kickr 2 purchase & another INTL TXN of AU$10. 50 linked to my Zwift annual subscription. I was not aware of any additional fee's when purchasing in AU$. Very disappointing as I am on a pension and every $ is needed.

My power block had died, so I had to replace it. Not rating 5-star, because they only had the EU plug, but since I had a UK one for Ireland, I just needed the power block really. All good

Replaced my original bolt that had an issue with the element roam. Great customer service and problem easily solved. I needed the original speed sensor replaced and it was under warranty, and got the new Roam at a great price, as my bolt was failing with screen & backlight issue. The new Roam is a huge upgrade from the original bolt.
