I received the product the first time. The second an third ( final) month, i got sick and tired of having to track the product down ( not my job), although I was told to do so. Sorry, not sorry. Bad customer service, so I cancelled.

Overall been good except this last order didn’t shipped. Spoke with a customer service representative and thought they overnighted a package but I guess not.

Since this is probably a Medicare related issue, it might be good to have that disclaimer somewhere. Further, when the order was rejected, because of age, there was no explanation, anywhere, until I wrote/called, and now this is the survey on how you did.

I was surprised to find that each prescription ships separately, with separate fees, even though everything was ordered and approved on the same day, actually the same hour. I realize this is a medical service, but it's also ecommerce, and this would not even be an issue in an ecommerce venture.

Excellent response time from doctor and staff. Everyone is professional and kind. My updated order seems to be delayed in processing as I don't see anything in my cart. Otherwise you folks are great! Thomas Leto

All good except that for ED meds you can't stop automatic refills, they keep sending and charging. You have to delete your account entirely to stop this.
