Your company won’t last long. I have been out of product for over a week. You call that a subscription. It is clear to me your company can’t do what it says it will do. Before starting Jim’s I had to jump through hoops just to start your product. Your employee even told me not to stop taking the product for best result. Your own company makes it impossible to take your own product for its maximum effect. It’s clear to me you people in California have your heads so far up your as@ you can’t even do what you market. I don’t do business with losers. Cancel my subscription NOW!

When it was clear that I could not order the medication for hair regrowth because I am just two years older than permitted they wentvahead and charged me the $5.00 fee to join. What the H! I didn’t give them permission to do this but they did it anyway.

I've had a couple of delivery related issues over the last few months, but Hims' outstanding customer service always resolved my issues. On the product end, I think I've made some progress but it's too early to share.

While I received many emails and follow ups, my actual issue that I emailed about (i only received part of my original order) was never resolved

I never got anything delivered or told anything only a message that says waiting for dr been two weeks already

You took $5 from me and I got nothing, you said I was too old, you should say that up front, very disappointed

Cant say if it can be rated at all. It would have to be no stars. I submitted an order which was quickly taken of my credit card. Took me to an online Dr. for questions. It's been over two weeks since then and STILL havent been sent an email about my order. Sent messages to customer sevice an I'm just told how busy they are . I guess there not to concerned about there customer. 0 stars from me !

Discrimination against the elderly is so unflattering. Just over 65 and cannot even get registered to buy product. I guess the older guys just do not count for much in the current social milieu.
