I ordered the Hims Hair product and went through the whole questionnaire, submitted the requested photos, and a couple weeks later, my order was suddenly cancelled. I placed another order, submitted the questions and photos again, only to have there be "a problem" with my order. A few weeks later, it was cancelled again. I'm not sure if this company is a complete hoax, a "too good to be true" offer, or a legitimate company but I was very patient, I waited, and was left feeling very frustrated and put off. How was my experience? It was bizarre, unsatisfying, and very disappointing.

Why does it take so long to get my refill? I have to have days without the medication before I get the package. I've decided to abstain from taking the finasteride for a few days, just so I have extra pills so I can have continuous treatment this coming month. Seriously, why is this company so bad at shipping? The products are great though.

The first time "I don't know why it just didn't ship. Let me refund and send another." 2nd was "sent" and "delivered" but not to me so idk where or who got my shipment. Honestly would have you refund the purchase because I have already bought what you guys failed to ship TWICE.

Hello, so I am a new customer to try out these products and I signed up for the $5 dollar to give it a try. I must say that the service is definitely too long even through email. I order my products early October and when I got my confirmation it states first order to be received in November?? Really? That’s horrible service. You guys need to find a way to expedite Orders. And after reaching out to the support team I still have to wait for early November shipment because there was a delay on my order. I definitely looked forward in trying your products but after this first impression I have doubts now.

I've reached out several times, I have received my delivery. I've given plenty of chances for this to be fixed. I will be canceling all subscriptions.

I’m only on my second week of using the product. Normally when I shampoo, I have lots of hair remaining in my hands. After a week the hair loss drastically improved. Even my barber noticed a slight chance and asked me. The area I live in doesn’t support the pill but hopefully they will soon. Can’t wait to see the end result. I used many hair regrowth products in the past and just by using this one for 2 weeks hands down I recommend to everyone that is inquiring about getting their hair/confidence back.

I’m sorry but the ED pill didn’t work for me. I extremely super excite to try your product because I had this issue for years. After trying twice on two different occasions it didn’t live up to my expectation.

I was given a tracking number saying my order has shipped but when tracking packages it says the order has not been given tights post office yet . Not good

I’ve used three tablets and it’s s noticeable difference in my erection and performance. It gets better every time.
