Took weeks to get a notice my hubcaps had shipped. Still can't get a delivery date from USPS.

I had purchased a glove box for my 2017 Ford E450 from Ford Oem parts direct. Unfortunately I received the wrong color. When I asked to exchange it for the right color I was charged a restocking fee, which was disappointing, and never got a response back about an exchange. Fortunately I found another vender and was able to get this replaced.

Delivery was a little slow. Good parts.

My package has never arrived. Reached out to customer service and they told me there’s nothing they can do about it so apparently I need to file a claim with my credit card company. Absolutely horrible.

The TPMS receiver was the correct one for my vehicle and solved my issue.

I made two orders with different dealers. One (old bridge all American ford) took a week to ship parts marked as in stock. The other (Secaucus ford I think) took a few days to tell me where to pick my parts up.
