I had to reach out to Customer service multiple times to get my online return accepted. The item I received was packed very poorly, so I repackaged it in a new box and included the FORD barcode and part number. I was then told that my return would be denied because I didn’t send the original cardboard box. I had to call Customer Service multiple times and ask them to make an exception because they received everything they needed besides the original cardboard box and they were going to withhold my refund and send me the part back that I didn’t need. After informing them that I would only continue to shop from their store if they accepted my refund, they granted my request. Turns out retaining a customer is more important than one cardboard box.

Received parts in a timely manner and all the parts received were the parts ordered. Very happy with my first purchase and will be doing business again.

I received 3 poorly taped together boxes but only 2 contained the wiper blades. The empty box was for the back glass wiper blade WW-1110-A. I would like a refund or receive the wiper blade I ordered and paid for.

I'm giving a 4 only because I think details matter when buying parts. If it's a single part and you have a photo whether it's a stock photo or not showing more than 1 it should be listed that it's only for 1 and if you need multiple then order the correct amount. It sucks I had to pay shipping twice. But customer service did try and got me a couple dollars off shipping.
