I'm giving a 4 only because I think details matter when buying parts. If it's a single part and you have a photo whether it's a stock photo or not showing more than 1 it should be listed that it's only for 1 and if you need multiple then order the correct amount. It sucks I had to pay shipping twice. But customer service did try and got me a couple dollars off shipping.

Ordered door handle assembly for Raptor. Came in unpainted and only primed grey, and truck is black. Now need to either spend more $$ for body shop to match paint, or do it myself. Appears these kind of OEM parts are for body shops who have the ability to match paint. . Be aware if you are ordering. . Parts guy who I spoke to was helpful. .

Always quick

Ordered item over a month ago, turns out it was on back order. Ok, understandable, but there was no communication as to what was happening. I had to initiate contact to determine what was happening after a few weeks. I believe that your customers will appreciate follow up emails at least if there are back orders or delays in shipping. In my case, I could have gone to Lowe's and bought the item weeks ago for about the same cost.

I orderd new top strut bolts since old ones broke 2 weeks have gone by since I orderd and haven't received or been able to drive my vehicle bolts coming from new Jersey to Indiana couldn't imagine if I lived in California be a even longer
