Had the part I needed, delivered prior to expected date

Parts delivered on time and were the correct parts. The website could be clearer on the number of pieces of each part. I only needed one of each of two small parts but both of them are OEM packaged with multiple items per package; I received 1 of each part, both of which had been repackaged. This did not matter in my case but might for others.

I really like Ford OEM parts.

I'm only giving you a bad review because the experience is not yet complete, and I don't want you thinking I'm satisfied if I'm not. I ordered my part 3 or 4 weeks ago after ordering, I didn't hear back from you guys explaining the delay, until I sent an email asking. " What's the deal?" I was pleased to receive a reply to my query. Today, I received an email saying that my part had shipped. (But when? I looked up the tracking number, the post office says they haven't received the package yet, just that a shipping label has been created. ) Therefore, I'm unable to give you guys a good review until the process is completed. Currently, the delay in receiving this small item has me a little unhappy. I'm sure I will probably be able to give you a better review once I actually have the part in my hands. It took 3 days from when I placed the order to receive notification of tracking. 2 weeks later tracking still shows the package is pending acceptance by carrier. Contacted business and they gave me a link to file a claim. I still have heard nothing 5 days later.

Why was my package returned with ZERO reach out from you guys? Please fix this problem

Ordering on website was great Picking up at dealership was not so great Only one person working at the parts department pick up window Took me 15 minutes of standing there to get my parts I was the only person in line for pick up. I only use Motorcraft OEM parts on our Lincoln Corsair and Ford Mach E and I love ordering on line. The cost of shipping did surprise me.

Order was placed in June and part was back ordered from Ford. No communication regarding delay or availability of item.

I filed a claim regarding an alternator that arrived damaged; for a moment, I thought it might still work, but it didn't. I contacted Ford, and the staff were very professional and efficient; we were able to resolve the issue.
