I assembled the chair holder and realized that my chairs were too wide for the holder and now I look at the refund page and they need it unopened with original packaging and you still have to pay the shipping back. I don't mind paying the cost but for you to not even be able to see if it's right for you and being unable to return is awful, scummy practice, if I can return shoes I put my feet in then I should be able to return a chair holder that hasn't held any chairs. Go somewhere else thay doesn't use scummy return policies.

The table I ordered arrived with significant damage. I called to explain the damage and was contacted within 24 hrs by email. I was told to send pictures of the damage, which I did. I was notified a day later to toss the damaged table, and that they were sending another table. This one arrived 2 days later in perfect condition.
