I love the chair! I just wish I would have been able to order just ONE chair! I was very surprised when I opened the box and there were two chairs. Otherwise, this chair GREAT. I am 6'4" (220+ pounds) and this helps my knees when sitting for long periods during music rehearsals.

Customer care got everything off to a good start, helping plan delivery around a holiday schedule. Can't say enough positive about Taylor. Shipping was extremely fast and free. The chairs are perfect for our use - lightweight, strong, and very comfortable. I couldn't be happier. The only negative was in unpacking them our hands got really dirty with black soot. At first we thought it was coming from the shipping boxes, but then realized it was coming from the chair legs. I think they weren't cleaned well after the welding and there was some residual soot. But it wiped off quickly with a paper towel and didn't get on the fabric. So not a big deal. But I mention it so others can be aware. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase more of these chairs. The dolly also works well with a stack of 20 chairs and is pretty easy to roll around.

Twenty two tables of various sizes and a storage cart were ordered for my church. Unfortunately two of the tables were not what had been ordered. An email to support and the correct tables were on the way. Upon arrival of the replacements, one box had a puncture which went all the way through the table inside. Another email and a replacement was on the way. Mistakes happen. The customer service quickly corrected. We love the new lightweight tables.

I needed replacement stabilizer caps for 20 year old folding chairs. These didn't match the old caps in style but I tried them anyway. They fit well and work just as the old caps do.
