I ordered some filters for the hot water tap, but they had changed the design so it wouldn't fit our tap. After a quick online chat they had sent me out a replacement adapter kit free of charge, great service.

Great communication for any questions I had about the tap itself, they came back to me really quickly with clear answers. I was really impressed by the range of styles they offered and finishes which made it hard to choose. We opted for the Fahrenheit in the brushed nickel.

I have only ever had great, very helpful service from Fohen. My boiling water tap is a joy and much commented upon. It looks good, works fabulously and was excellent value for money too. I forgot to replace the filter, which caused problems but the Fohen team talked me through things. I now order the dual filter every six months to prevent limescale build-up. It's expensive but worth it. Have just changed the filter - it is a bit of a fiddle to change, but instructions are good. Very happy with the tap and the supportive service, thank you!

Order and delivery straight forward and prompt. Well packaged and pleased with tap/unit finish and quality looked good. Not fitted or used yet, so not able to comment further at this time.

The ordering and delivery was flawless. We had the tap and boiler delivered within about 3 days, and had ordered well in advance of our project. Unfortunately when we opened it up we had been sent the wrong tap!! I think possibly even a more expensive tap. I contacted the company, heard nothing back for over a week, I tried their phone number but the office is only open 2 hours a day. Eventually received an email in response asking for a photo of the wrong tap. After about 3 weeks we had a resolution and the following week the correct tap has arrived, and they sent a return slip to return the incorrect tap.

Very good tap, looks very good and works well. Compact hot water tank, absolutely life changing experience to drink filtered water straight from the tap and instant hot cup of tea, I would recommend to everyone. It took 2 weeks to deliver but good communication, no problems. Just plan ahead.

Good product, does exactly what it says it will do. Being based in Ireland, the Irish .ie site is not reachable, and no notification given until you phone Fohen, a link to the parent site would be helpful.

Straight forward to order. Tap came quickly and boxed up securely. We ordered the unfinished brass boiling water tap. Fabulous addition in our new kitchen.
