After having a problem with
After having a problem with the tap flow, the cause was due to a leak on the boiler. The tap was still under warranty and was ordered, delivered and replaced within days especially as this was over the Christmas period. Excellent Customer Service. Thank you

Great tap, long wait for installation
I've had my futura fizz tap installed now for a week and I absolutely love it. I would give the tap 5 stars after a week but there are some things to be aware of if youre considering purchasing. I purchased installation and noone contacted me about it for 2 weeks, I would have expected to be able to book it straight away even if it was a few weeks away. The installation however was excellent once it was booked. The other thing to note is that the water tastes really weird when first installed even after running it through 4 or 5 times. It took a few days to taste right, this I think also applies when changing the filter.
