Would be great if there was an app to use so we could order while travelling

Waiting for 3 months, failure to respond to requests for updates and generally poor communication.

OK but I find it frustrating that things I waited ages for came in just after I had made an order. Then I have to pay another lot of postage

Order not received yet (placed March 2nd)

I ordered Fodzyme bottle and sachets. I placed the order and the delivery was delayed but I wasn’t updated on the status, and I had to follow up twice to get any update. I just think taking my money and sitting on it was poor customer service. If you can’t meet the committed delivery date give me an update. Let me cancel my order so I can buy it somewhere else.

Thank you for the quick shipping and thorough packaging of my order! I wish international shipping was a little less costly, as you carry so many products we can’t get here in Canada. I would love to order so many more things, but fear the shipping charge for items in jars or larger boxes might just break the bank. Regardless, it’s great to see a store that carries so many different products for us low FODMAPers. If you ever do any shipping sales, please let me know!! :^)
