So good to be able to buy delicious food knowing it is 100% safe for those of us suffering the limitations if IBS.

Happy with product's but delivery was a bit slow. No contact for over a week, then finally notification of order on way to NZ.

Despite limited stock, my fodzyme powder arrived in time and just in time for my trip away

Called into the Cheltenham store, met by a very friendly young lady. The products were laid out in an easy to find way. Such a friendly place.

I ordered some products a month or so ago, they still haven't arrived, it tells me it's being delivered to Australia, but I ordered it in Dublin, the worst delivery method

A good store to deal with.

Easy to navigate ordering process. Items arrived well packed. One item was out of stock so there was a bit of a wait. Communication about this could have been improved but I think that’s something that is now in the pipeline so that would bring my experience up to 5 star in future
