Delivery very slow
I still don’t have the product after 17 days from ordering. The Aramex site now says order delayed so no idea when it will arrive. Suggest changing shipping company.

Good Resource for Dietary Restrictions!
I'm no longer on low FODMAP, but have several dietary restrictions and was happy to find some safe alternatives. The air was fairly easy to navigate, and delivery was a little bit slow, but also very good.

Took longer than normal due
Took longer than normal due to delays, communication wasn’t great at the beginning for arrival timelines. Also broken lid on a spice shaker on arrival when unpacking products. I’ve requested a new one with quick response. But I love the products of the garlic and onion replacer, and so grateful they have arrived. Looking forward to trying the spices and herbs from SnS

Delivery Issue
The parcel was not delivered successfully to my daughter's apartment address. She gets deliveries all the time, but this one left a calling card and said she had to re-arrange delivery, which cost me an extra $5. 50. Not good enough!

Great range of products
A great place to find all my low FODMAP foods and so happy that it is close to home. You provide an important service to people on a low FODMAP diet because the normal supermarkets do not stock the range that you do.
