Review of our flooring. First of all the Manager at the Birtley branch, I think his name is Peter, has been helpful throughout and very professional. Daryl fitted the flooring in hallway, lounge, dining room, kitchen and utility room. Daryl is very professional and a first class fitter and we can more than highly recommend him. He goes above and beyond to please. The floor enhances the whole ground floor and now has the "wow" factor, thanks to Daryl's skills. We are delighted with our new floors. The fitters were outstanding in their workmanship and finishing detail. We were very impressed with them and would highly recommend them.

I’ve just had new carpets fitted and I’m really pleased with the whole experience. The customer service was excellent, with lots of choice available to suit different budgets. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made the process very easy. As I’d only just moved into a new house, they arranged the fitting quickly, arrived on time, and completed everything in one day. I couldn’t be happier with the result and would definitely recommend them.

The quality of the flooring is absolutely excellent! However, I will say we had a lot of trouble with their contracted fitters. The carpet fitter did an inadequate job the first time and it took a while and many calls for refitting. One employee would not deal with me at all unless it was with the specific person I made the purchase with (Tom at Huddersfield who was excellent!). On the second fitting the fitter was very begrudging and unfriendly like we were doing him a disservice calling him out for poor fitting. I would purchase flooring from this company again but have it fitted by someone elsewhere. I should note, this was only the carpet fitter not the LVT fitter (who were amazing). I cant fault the company themselves but the carpet contractor was poor.
