Easy to order, friendly helpful staff, and excellent shipping times

We had a few problems with getting the order sorted. Having ordered from them before we asked to order exactly the same again, but we received the wrong product and had to go through the palaver of re-ordering. The redelivery took longer than we hoped it would and we got conflicting messages about when it would arrive. It felt like communication between departments wasn't very good. However it was finally delivered correctly and the wrong item taken away . They even gave us some extra boxes at no cost which was very generous of them.

Third time using. Order was delivered as promised and on time. The delivery driver was great and called before arriving. We had an issue with the flooring and DWP dealt with this promptly and professionally to a satisfactory outcome. Would recommend and use again.
