We walked into the store and told the salesperson what we were looking for, we were taken straight to the right area, we chose our herringbone laminate, gave the measurements, and explained we were going on holiday. That was no problem, they ordered our laminate and held it for us until we came back. We then went to collect, we asked what the best underfloor for this product was, he told us, then took the pallet to my car and, passed the packs for us to load. This whole scenario could not have been made easier. The floor is now laid and looks beautiful. Many many thanks for making this so easy.

Customer service was outstanding throughout the process. The team was always happy to answer questions and provide helpful advice when needed, without any pressure or upselling.

The decking looks superb. Colour is brilliant. Just what we wanted. Angle pieces finished it off to a high standard. Delivery was poor. First date only a few items turned up, no decking boards. Had to phone customer services who sorted everything and second delivery everything came.
