Can’t give full review as not had the flooring laid yet but as for delivery very good ordered on the Monday delivered on the Wednesday morning and quality of the floor looks good will add another review when the flooring is down

The floor was dispatched quickly, infact it came within 2 days, the delivery driver was very helpful and carried it into my hallways as the pallet was awkward to get through my front gate. The flooring is beautiful, but definitely get the extra 10% as some boards have chipping on the corners, which is to be expected as I've had this with previous floor purchased from b&q which I collected myself. I would've given 5 stars however I wanted to return the scotia as even though it was recommended to go with this floor it does not match, and to date no one has contacted me to arrange a return for this. I have emailed, what's apped and they don't answer the phone so I'm stuck with it and down £67

A good sturdy product . Not used this type of flooring before. My fitting said it was a sturdy product, easy to cut for my quirky bathroom. Looks great. Quick delivery too.

The help with samples and options for photos made it possible to order quickly and get the job done delivery was quick though I would suggest checking the condition of boxes on delivery

Product arrived on time and largely undamaged, pallet had clearly been left out in the rain though as all the packaging was sodden, a good test of how hard wearing the floor is I suppose!
