Excellent service. They held the order until I was ready for delivery, then contacted me to recommend an alternative underlay as the one I’d ordered didn’t go with the flooring. All sorted.

We really like the sample of the tile you sent us. What other colours do they come in please. Could you send us some photos please. We thought the sample was good quality.

There was quite a delay in receiving my floor samples but once the company realised they ensured that I received them without further delay. The samples appear to be a good quality and the designs are lovely. However I'm sceptical about placing an order as reviews widely suggest that provided your goods arrive in tact all is well but the after service leaves much to be desired if problems arise.

Great product easy to install

It was difficult to choose a colour flooring as photos are never true and Harvest Oak in particular has some very conflicting images on the product page. Still, I am pleased with the choice and hopefully the images help others, showing both natural and artificial lighting. I have used Floor Depot before and can't fault the service. The flooring arrived in good time and in good condition. My only concern, having not used LVT with underlay attached, was whether I should have used traditional underly foam as well. I o notice the uneven floorboards below, but all advice said it was necessary. Time will tell.

Delivery service and dispatch was brilliant, especially through the Christmas period. Really simple and easy to order also. Would highly recommend to any family, friends or strangers who ask.

Shipping longer than anticipated, but I was advised that would be the case due to ordering in the holidays.

I haven’t laid the flooring yet and haven’t received the beading yet, so I can’t start the project yet until I have all of the materials!
