Great product, sub par customer service. I’m assuming once the owners or managers got online on the weekends it was fine but there is one guy over there in customer service that has absolutely no idea what he’s doing. I run an online business myself. People like this cost you business

My desk was shipped quickly
My desk was shipped quickly and well packed. My only qualm is that the tracking didn’t work so I didn’t really know when it would come, but the desk still arrived fast with no isses.

Customer service is nice, but refund policy and management need to be more flexible for situations where customers receive a used product and are not able to immediately provide a solution (mahogany table top out of stock)

The desk that was sent
The desk that was sent had a broken “down” button. When I contacted customer service, they repeatedly asked me to send multiple videos and restart the desk instead of addressing the actual issue. The problem wasn’t technical,the physical button itself was broken, but acknowledging that would have meant replacing the entire desk. Instead, they kept asking for more videos without offering a real solution. Very frustrating experience.
