The shipment experience was quite frustrating. The order was delivered in multiple shipments instead of a single one, which made tracking and receiving items complicated. I spent nearly a week on calls with FedEx support trying to resolve the issues, which was very time-consuming and stressful. This fragmented delivery and prolonged communication made the whole process quite unpleasant.

Terrible service and logistics. After 2 weeks, I’m still waiting for the table top. Had to call multiple times to arrange another variant to be shipped instead. Item is cheaper than the original I paid for and CS told me I’ll get a refund. Still waiting for the refund AND the table top. Never dealing with you guys again.

Delivery was great! It would have saved me a phone call to Flexispot if I had received a tracking for both the table top and the sit-stand base. I received a cable tray, and found it confusing as it did not come with instructions, but Flexispot helped me figure it out. I would have preferred no cable tray, or perhaps a choice of which one I might add (I would have chosen a cloth one that catches the cords in the middle of the desk).
