Had an issue on first use of the hose and reached out to their support team. The service & subsequent solution was simply brilliant. Today I filled my caravan’s tanks in anticipation of my next off grid adventures with the hose and the connections now working flawlessly. Yes the product is costly, but worth it for their great customer service. Also the amount of space saved is just brilliant. Well worth the money & strongly recommended

For a long time I resisted spending so much on a hose for the motorhome but after too many mornings packing up camp in a hurry I finally purchased one. Best thing I ever did. It is so quick and easy to set up and pack away! I am ready to go in a few minutes and all with not a single swear word.

I was very angry yesterday after our water hose failed with pinhole leaks. Given it’s very expensive and not used for long I felt I had to complain. To my surprise I received a call and email from the General Manager the very next day offering to replace the water hose under warranty. That is outstanding customer service and a positive attitude to a customer. This is a very good business attitude and I commend Michael for his customer service attitude. Cheers Herman

The sullage hose looks like it can't work. But it does! So simple and easy to instal and rewind. And you don't get wet while you stow it. Great.
