What an absolute game changer for us. It’s bad enough knowing it’s pack up time and getting back to the real world but these hoses have removed all the frustration and dread. They are compact, and make storage an ease. Not only is set and pack so easy now I have to shout out to Michael who’s customer service and assistance was outstanding both prior to our purchase and assisting us after we got our hoses. . I wish I could give more than 5 stars. . Thank you

Great little hose. Already have water, sullage and power cord hoses and reels. Space saving for storage is a big bonus for us. Great prompt service and after sales backup is also very important. Highly recommend your products.

Had an issue on first use of the hose and reached out to their support team. The service & subsequent solution was simply brilliant. Today I filled my caravan’s tanks in anticipation of my next off grid adventures with the hose and the connections now working flawlessly. Yes the product is costly, but worth it for their great customer service. Also the amount of space saved is just brilliant. Well worth the money & strongly recommended

I was very angry yesterday after our water hose failed with pinhole leaks. Given it’s very expensive and not used for long I felt I had to complain. To my surprise I received a call and email from the General Manager the very next day offering to replace the water hose under warranty. That is outstanding customer service and a positive attitude to a customer. This is a very good business attitude and I commend Michael for his customer service attitude. Cheers Herman
