Products shipped quick, however the return policy is out of touch with competitors and unfriendly to the customer. Charging a 20% restocking fee for an unopened product is absurd. Business decisions are what destroy small companies and short sighted. I will never order from here again solely because of this. I’ve never encountered a policy like this for unopened products at Rallysport, STM, Import Image, etc….

I love buying parts from flat iron tuning they always have the parts that I need. BUT my only gripe with them is the shipping. Why is shipping so expensive? sometimes I need 2 to 3 items that cost 7-10 bucks and shipping is about 30 dollars. I live in NC I don’t think that shipping should be that expensive. Other than That I love them.

What else could I say they have a great selection of Subaru products and know what the average consumer needs at a better price and easier process to sort thourgh the products for your certain car .

First off I couldn't find any place cheaper and your man Dylan was there to help me out. I must have called 6 times asking questions and swapping my order around. Good friend recommended a timing belt kit from Flatirons Tuning, figured while I was here I would order some pads and rotors. Immediately after I placed the order, I was contacted saying that I may have double ordered the pads, and wanted to be sure I ordered correctly before processing! I stumbled upon FlatIrons Tuning while doing some price comparisons to some competitors, and not only was Flatirons cheaper on almost every single product I was hunting, their customer service helped me with some parts not even listed on their site.
