Well, I love the product. Well, I love what the product does. Just not happy with the quality of the materials used. They are starting to fall apart. I’m only five months in. I guess my review is contingent upon what happens now after I’ve made a complaint. .

I bought this as a gift for my son, he likes it a lot and the espresso is great, better than you could get from any other machine at this price (or many other machines that cost a lot more).

Still learning to use it properly but already getting great shots. Al flair products I've tried so far are superb quality and feel like they'll last a decade

I am thrilled with my Flair 58 Plus Refurbished. I had been wanting to try manual espresso for some time now, but was hesitant to select a machine out of all the options out there. I was drawn to the Flair 58 series due to its workflow advantages over some other machines out there, and the offer on a refurbished model pushed me over the edge to purchase. I was delighted when I received the Flair by the quality of the refurbishment. It seemed like new in every way I can tell. All materials were cleanly packaged in new boxes, and the machine itself looked pristine. I have been using it for a few weeks now and pulling some delicious shots. The only note I want to point out, because I myself was unsure when ordering, is this does include the premium walnut finishes on the accessories, but it comes with the original thicker puck screen and not the new thin one they ship with the Flair 58 Plus 2.

I’m enjoying making espresso with the neo flex as my first espresso machine. I’m still working on improving my shots, and the 40mm portafilter fits less coffee than I hoped, but overall I’m happy and may be looking to upgrade in the future with another model.

The Flair is an awesome espresso device once you understand how it works. I was coming from an entry level machine that taught me the fundamentals, so I was able to produce high quality shots pretty quickly with it. Short of a several thousand dollar machine, the Flair is the best espresso you'll be able to make hands down.

The feel of the machine is amazing to use. I love the simplicity of it and it produces a great mouthfeel for the espresso. The only thing I wish was better is the controller for the heating and for them to just ship the updated smaller power brick. The power brick should atleast be purchasable separately.

Seamless, fast and reliable service. Arrived on time and in perfect condition. Helpdesk answered all my doubts and guided me through the process (first time using a manual espresso machine). Works beautifully!
