Fitz and Floyd did GREAT~~~FedEx did a TERRIBLE job delivering this shipment!! I thought you should see what a disrespectful job FedEx did on this last delivery. Take a look at how far away from our front door that they left this delivery ! Surely you can see the stone wall that protects our porch from view on the road. It would have been so nice if this precious delivery had been actually left on our front porch, as requested and expected. The sidewalk is 4 ft. wide, and yet FedEx couldn't even get the package on the cement walk? It was left halfway in the grass. . . what a poor job this delivery company did. We were at Mass when this package was left around 4:30 p. m. , and until I saw the delivery notice even though I checked the front porch when we returned home, we never saw the package on the porch, and thought it was a mistaken delivery notice. . . until I saw the picture FedEx delivery took for proof of purchase. I was dark and so far away from the door, we worried it had been taken. . . out in the yard from 4:30 until found at 8 p. m. , where anyone could drive past and see it was left away from our home in the yard??? Very POOR delivery, thoughtless, and a ridiculous spot for a delivery to be made. . . just what were they thinking? You should know how bad a job of delivery the Company you and I both paid for, completed their job? It makes me wonder what and how they teach their workers to do a delivery job, or what it takes to do it well and protect the packages for the customers. You deserve better service, and so did we. These are just my style. I had a problem with delivery. I sent an email to their customer service. Got a fast answer and the candle holders In 2 days. I didn't think that good old customer service like this even still existed. . . it absolutely does at Fitz and Floyd!
