Nice large 14” platter exactly as described. Beautiful piece that my wife loved. Shipping was a different story however. It did take nearly a month to arrive during the first week of December when ordered.

I returned the item due to poor quality of the paint job. It was received at the required facility 12/15 and to date (1/2/26) I have still NOT received my refund. I would rate the customer service experience as poor.
