You had what I was looking for with easy ordering and quick delivery! The product was as it said, matching what I currently have.

I received a bent fire pit cover. I reached out to customer service. They responded once, then went radio silent. $1000 for a bent fire pit cover.

Great price and great customer service. I will buy from them again.

Great

Tge online support was excellent. Thanks

Good quality

Love it.

very good

Yea, arrived as pictured. I was unaware the patina shown is actually rust. Didn't really need a 1200 dollar project. Finishing this is going to be a royal PITA. Anyway, nice solid piece. 5 for the build -3 for the non finish.

So disappointed with our blackened, crackly spheres.

Like it said already, good

Fantastic customer service! I called several times for help with building my fire pit and everyone I talked to was very friendly and helpful. I would absolutely recommend Firepits Direct to someone in the market for a fire pit.

Shipped quickly and very well packaged.

The key handle does not fit the valve body.

Well made fit like a glove

Very elegant

I ended building my own plate and mounting hardware. . . . . the igniter is completely useless and it is still a match lit. NO INSTRUCTIONS INCLUDED. . .

The product was promptly received. Thanks!
