Couldn’t have a better experience! Thanks so much !

Perfect custom cut and high quality stainless

Cover is made of quality materials and fits well. We will see how it lasts over time. Came with the string cinch broken.

BUYER BEWARE - $3k+ GFRC fire pit delivered with no internal cushioning or padding to provide necessary protection - 3 deeply chipped spots - and the best they've offered is a patch kit for us to try to repair it ourselves. If you do buy, be certain to open it at the point of delivery and fully inspect it - refuse to accept the delivery if it's not delivered undamaged. We did not have the ability to personally do so as it was delivered to and held by our builder - we missed the 5 day inspection window. Ultimately, it's our fault that we missed the fine print - at this point, we will dispose of it and buy a new fire pit from a vendor that stands behind its products.

Awesome experience!!! Product came here super fast!!! Love it!!!

Great

Works great

These are so shiny and stunning in our Florida fire pit. And the fire goes right through these so they can cover the gas line.

Great products and service as usual!

Fast shipping and good prices.

The part came quickly and was fairly priced.

Great customer service. Let's try to update the schematic though to show there is a 1/2" Shutoff valve with accurate measurements of the base that is 2" indented around the bottom.

From ordering, to scheduling delivery, set up and using our fire pit we have been happy!
