Didn't include an adequate amount of lava rock to cover the firepit and burner.

Products were great! A little more installation instructions would have been helpful.

The battery is a different size and I have not had a chance to get someone to put it in yet. I am not sure if it works yet. I could have just replaced the battery cap if it was the same size as the old one.

Cover is awesome - absolutely love it. However, did you really need to package and send it as if the cover was fine China. Disposing of the giant crate it came in was terrible.
