Excellent customer service

It was not clear the sheets I purchased were for only thinner sleeper sofa mattresses. I had laundered them before noticing the difference which rendered them not returnable. I just spent hundreds of dollars for items I cannot use or exchange for the correct size. Not a satisfying experience.

It took forever for my order to arrive (in three spread-out shipments). But customer service was very responsive. The towels (Missoni) were thinner than the ones I saw in the Missoni store in Italy and are not very absorbent. Not worth the money.
