Ordered a duvet set. It is very well made and beautiful. It arrived well protected .

I was so happy to find the color and availabliity of the Graccioza towels I had been searching for. They were packed perfectly and arrived quite quickly.

I purchased the St. Geneve Pillow Form Feather King Pillows in Soft and Medium. The soft is not too soft and is supportive, and the Medium provides just enough additional support without being to stiff. I'm happy that I ordered 2 different firmness levels and therefore am able to use them in different ways. The pillows are nicely made, with an excellent quality fabric cover and labeled for "soft" and "medium". I will still purchase pillow covers to protect them. Prior to purchase, I inquired about the fill ounces and based on the detailed response received, I was able to purchase all 4 without worrying that I had purchased pillows that may not work for me. They are awesome.

Bath towels had crease in them upon opening the package- after laundering them there still is a crease/ perhaps it will smooth out after several washings

I had a very good experience shopping at Fine Linens. The website was very user friendly. I found the soap dispenser I was looking for and purchased it. When it was taking an unusually long time to come, I called customer service, they had my order. They were very helpful in explaining, my product comes from the manufacturer and I will get notification when it ships, which I did. Delivery was soon after shipping. My delicate soap dish arrived in perfect shape. Very easy to do shopping with. Wide variety of products
