I have ordered bedding from FineLinens many times. The store carries many high quality brands. I know what I want, so I order online. The online ordering process is easy and efficient. My purchase always arrives nicely packaged in a reasonable amount of time. I have always been 100% satisfied.

I ordered a DEA bed set, 2 bath carpets and a towel set. I requested swatches for the bedroom set but never received them. Ultimately I sent for one without the swatches. This is true for EVERYTHING I bought from Fine Linens—nothing looked anything like the pictures they show in their online catalogue. I have never had this problem before. From anyone else. Compounding this problem is the fact that they don’t take returns for many of these items. Anything “custom made” or from a long list of manufacturers is non-returnable. Ultimately, after many calls I reached one of the owners who said I could return the truly awful Missoni towels for store credit only. This would be ok if I actually wanted to order anything else from them, but I don’t! I suggest no ordering without actually seeing the merchandise. I am deeply disappointed in Fine Linens. I order a reasonable amount of linens and I will never use them again (whether or not I even use the store credit is up in the air). ALSO— I actually have a full time job in addition to this! This has been one of the most time-intensive orders/returns I have ever had, as pieces of the order keep arriving and we have to get more return package labels requiring emails, calls, etc.

The quality of the tablecloth for the price I paid is very disappointing, looks like a plastic tablecloth!

The robe I ordered- which had the disclaimer for being 8-12 weeks being made... was beautiful! I do wish, there was a little more communication since the wait was so long. perhaps a status update? I did call once (at 9 weeks) and was just told it takes time, they had no status update either.

I have been trying to find the right color linens for a remodeled bathroom. I had to return some first choices to Fine Linens and reordered new. Their customer service representative was very courteous, professional and helpful. My refund was issued promptly.

The Sierra Celeste sheets are wonderful. The delivery was made quickly.

Only received have of order. Still waiting for the other. Haven’t heard anything.

40 Winks by Peacock Alley: Sadly, they are at least 10 inches too long and if you tuck in the bottom, you have to life the mattress almost off the pedestal! If you fold the extra down at the top, the fold goes to the middle of the bed. The sheets are so wrinkly they are hard to use, even right out of the dryer. I don't recommend. And I don't recommend customer service here, either. Their remedy was to iron the sheets (uhhh, no!) and to send them back to the manufacturer to see if they are an irregular. They better not be—I paid a fortune for them. And, since I washed the sheets, they didn't want to take them back, either. How else is a customer to know if there are problems or not? Am VERY disappointed in the sheets and the support I received.

This blanket is what I've been searching for for most of my adult life! It's beautifully made, of excellent quality. It's so very soft, the perfect level of warmth for cold winter nights, and it's absolutely YUMMIE!

Great help on the phone. Shipped quickly. I love the Matouk sheets. I have them also for our guest bed and also sets for our second home. Feel so great.
