Excellent pad — not too thick and happy it’s all cotton. I must praise customer service because I ordered the wrong size online and called back immediately after placing order. They corrected the order and refunded the difference — easy transaction!

Be very careful when ordering anything from here. I bought my daughter a bedding set that she saw on line. She ordered the set and no where did she see custom made and not returnable. She never would have ordered it if she had seen that. When the bedding arrived it didn’t work well with her bedroom colors. No where on the package, no where on her receipt did it say not returnable. All she read was that returns could be made within 30 days with receipt in original packaging. I went to return it for her and they refused to take it back. Beware before you order from Fine Linens. You should call first and speak with someone, get their name so you are absolutely certain they will take it back. I won’t shop in this store ever again and will tell all my friends.

This is a beautiful, well made blanket and would deserve a 5 star rating if not for the large shrinkage factor. I specifically chose this larger blanket so that it would drape over the bedsides with plenty of length. I understand cotton shrinks but 6” in width was disappointing. I’m keeping it but would recommend other shoppers factor in the shrinkage when choosing your size.

Love the rug! Seemed I waited for a long time for it. Delight at the ease of installation. Feels quite safe with our old shuffling feet. I would buy again if I find I need another rug.
