When I ordered my filters they came the wrong size. I contacted customer service, Explained my problem with The filters. Filter way sent me another dozen Of the correct size at no cost to me. To me that was phenomenal customer service, To me that showed exactly how much filter way cares about what their customers have to say and wants to keep them as a valued customer. I used the best filters that I could buy locally ( Lowes ect.) but none would filter the red clay out, so my water was red immediately after changing my filters so I found filterway and the 1 micron Aquaboon filters that work and work very well. Thanks for selling them and thanks for your perfect service and shipping for the past five years and also importantly the price which is twenty percent of the price of the Lowes filters that didn’t even work.

I am very impressed with your products. I even like that you sell optional 20" filter housings with pressure gauges. I upgraded my 3 filter system to a 4 filter system. I am using one 20 micron sediment filter, two KDF filters, and followed by a carbon block filter. I have water soluble iron in my water. My only constructive feedback is Filterway needs a 20 micron 20 inch filter instead of just 1 micron sediment filters. I had to buy a 20 micron filter from your competitor. Other than that I am highly impressed.

Ever since using your Aquaboon water filters we haven't been having trouble with our water softener. Plus the prices are great. Can't give a review on the Arrowpure refrigerator filters because we haven't installed one yet. But the cost is about 25% or what I was paying per filter.
